Sergey Semak shared with the press his emotions from the victories of his wards
The head coach of Zenit told reporters about the rotations in the squad, his emotions after the victory of Zenit, as well as the changes he plans to introduce in the training process.
According to Semak, he did not experience any special euphoria from the victories of his wards. For a couple of days, of course, I was glad, I felt relieved, because during the season he has a lot of responsibility, but already now the head coach is making plans for the future and thinking about changes in the team and coaching.
Despite the fact that Zenit won the championship gold for the third time, according to Semak, the team's goals and objectives are the same - to train, go to matches, play and try to win.
For the upcoming match with Ufa, rotations are expected in the team due to player injuries, health conditions, as well as disqualifications.
As for the training process, the head coach promised to put more emphasis on the psychological state of the players, to work with their mood and motivation. It was also decided to replace monotonous tactical training with more dynamic game training. This will help to maintain the functionality of the players, the mood, the winning motivation.
