What is a Fan ID card?
At the last World Cup, the Fan ID fan card was called the fan passport. Previously, it was a plastic badge, now it is available in electronic form. The Fan ID fan's passport is issued in the personal account on the website of Public Services. The document is required for each person individually, including a child under 14 years old.
Who needs a Fan ID card?
The Fan ID card will be needed by everyone who will be present at the stadium during the RPL football match or the Russian Cup final. Who needs to issue a Fan ID card:
- fans who have bought a ticket or a season ticket for football matches;
- to the organizers of the event;
- to football players;
- to the press staff.
It doesn't matter which stadiums the matches are held at, Fan ID is required by everyone who attends the game of teams from the RPL.
How to issue a Fan ID card?
The design of the Fan ID fan card takes place in several stages. You will spend a minimum of time. Step-by-step instructions on how to make a Fan ID:
- Log in to your profile on Public Services and select the service "Getting a fan card".
- Confirm your personal data and contacts.
- Upload your photo to the system.
- Go to the nearest MFC to confirm your identity. You need to take your passport with you (birth certificate, if a child will go to matches with a Fan Idi).
- The MFC will check your documents and confirm your identity. If necessary, they can take another photo.
- After verification, the document will appear in your personal account on Public Services. The procedure may take several days.
How do I buy tickets using a Fan ID card?
To attend Fan ID football matches in Moscow or another city, you need to buy tickets for them. When buying, you will need to enter the fan card number, as well as the phone and email address associated with it.
After buying tickets for the match, they will appear in your personal account on the Public Services portal. Now they need to be linked to the owner. From the available options, choose yourself, a child or another person. Now a QR code will appear with information about your Fan ID for the Russian Cup or RPL and the purchased ticket for the match. To enter the stadium, it is enough to scan this code at the entrance. The fan card and the ticket itself do not need to be presented.
