Getting a Fan Card

You will need a Fan Card to buy a ticket for a match.

At previous international competitions, the card was called a «Fan Passport» or Fan ID. Back then, it was a laminated badge. Currently, the card is issued in electronic form: after registration, it will be available in the personal account of the State Services.

The card must be issued separately for each person, including children under 14 years of age.

What is a Fan ID fan card?

At the last World Cup, the Fan ID fan card was called a fan passport. Previously, it was a plastic badge, now it is issued in electronic form. The Fan ID fan passport is issued in the personal account on the State Services website. The document is required for each person separately, including for a child under 14 years of age.

Who needs a Fan ID card?

A Fan ID card will be required for everyone who will be present at the stadium during an RPL football match or the Russian Cup final. Who needs a Fan ID card:

  • fans who bought a ticket or season ticket for football matches;
  • event organizers;
  • football players;
  • press staff.

It doesn’t matter at what stadiums the matches are held, Fan ID is required by everyone who attends the game of teams from the RPL.

How to get a Fan ID card?

The Fan ID card is issued in several stages. You will spend a minimum of time. Step-by-step instructions on how to get a Fan ID:

  1. Log in to your profile on Gosuslugi and select the «Obtaining a Fan Card» service.
  2. Confirm your personal information and contacts.
  3. Upload your photo to the system.
  4. Go to the nearest MFC to confirm your identity. You need to take your passport with you (birth certificate, if a child will be attending matches with a Fan ID).
  5. The MFC will check your documents and confirm your identity. If necessary, they can take another photo.
  6. After verification, the document will appear in your personal account on Gosuslugi. The procedure may take several days.

How to buy tickets using a Fan ID card?

To attend football matches using Fan ID in Moscow or another city, you need to buy tickets using them. When buying, you will need to enter the fan card number, as well as the phone number and email address linked to it.

After purchasing tickets for the match, they will appear in your personal account on the State Services portal. Now they need to be linked to the owner. From the available options, select yourself, a child, or another person. Now a QR code will appear with information about your Fan ID for the Russian Cup or RPL and the purchased ticket for the match. To enter the stadium, simply scan this code at the entrance. You do not need to present your fan card or the ticket itself.

How to get a Fan ID for the 2026 RPL for a child?

A fan card for a minor is made by a parent or his representative. When filling out the application, you need to select the item «Issue a card for yourself and children under 14 years old», then confirm the data and upload a photo of the child.

To confirm your identity, you need to contact the MFC and provide a birth certificate for the child. If you have a photo in your State Services profile, your child’s personal presence is not required. After verification, your child’s football fan ID will appear in your personal account.
