Both clubs, whose teams compete in the second round of the Russian Premier League, have a long history and many high-profile honorary titles. That makes their clash at the end of the month one of the most anticipated games of the season. 

Moscow "Dynamo" — one of the oldest and most titled football clubs in Russia. Since the times of the USSR, the blue and white have become champions more than once, and victories are much more common for them than defeats. The team won its last trophy in 1995.
