“Dynamo” and “Spartak”: in the spring we watch the brightest football derby of the season

It began in the mid-30s and will soon celebrate its centenary. Each team always fought only for the highest places in the first USSR championships. Not surprisingly, this led to intense rivalry between the teams, which continues to this day. It is also worth noting that the Spartak team never belonged to any law enforcement agency, while Dynamo was under the guardianship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The clubs represented different strata of society – here is another reason for rivalry. 

The years go by, and fans of both teams continue to sort things out. This season fans have even more reasons to be excited. Moscow "Dynamo" located on the 3rd line of the RPL table with 32 points, while their opponent is only 2 positions lower: "Spartak" in 5th place with 30 points. 

The teams went into the winter break with almost identical results. Three wins and a draw for the white-blues and two wins and a draw for the red-whites. 

Last season, Spartak took 3rd place in the RPL, while the “dynamics” They didn’t perform very well and ended up only on the 9th line of the table. This season, Marcel Lička's team has been more active. Their plans for this year – enter the top three of the RPL and win the FONBET Russian Cup.
