Fedotov noted that his team has very little time to prepare for the upcoming meeting with Zenit. The fact is that many players of "CSKA" are currently training in the national teams, some were not even at the final match of the last round of the Russian Premier League. Previously, the team's players called up to the national teams will stay there until June 20. After participating in the training camp, athletes need time to recover and rest, and not only physical strength needs to be restored, but also to give the players time for psychological relief.
According to Vladimir Fedotov, the preparation for the Russian Super Cup match "Zenit" - "CSKA" in Kazan will be held in express mode, because it will not be possible to fully, calmly and systematically prepare for the game.
The coach noted that this state of affairs is the same for almost all clubs, and that it was also practically impossible to prepare for the RPL matches in full, so his team, and he himself, was already used to such a regime.
As for the mood for the game, Fedotov added that he and his team are determined to give Zenit a serious fight. The army men already know how the opponent plays and what to prepare for in the Super Cup, even though a lot of time has passed since the last personal meeting of the clubs in the battle for the main trophy of the country.
